How does Dental Infinity Lab handle prosthetics cases?

Frequently asked questions.

What types of prosthetic restorations do you provide?

We offer a full range of prosthetic solutions, including partial and full dentures, implant-supported prosthetics and hybrid solutions. Every restoration is designed for precise fit, function and natural aesthetics.

What is your standard turnaround time for prosthetic restorations?

Our standard turnaround is 12 to 15 working days, depending on the complexity of the case. Full dentures, partials, and implant-supported prosthetics may take slightly longer. We aim to provide predictable delivery so you can schedule patient appointments confidently.

Do you offer rush services for urgent prosthetic cases?

Yes, we can prioritise urgent cases where possible. Please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements. A rush fee of £10 per unit per day applies, and all expedited cases are approved to ensure quality is maintained.

What is your remake policy?

We provide free remakes if a prosthetic does not meet the specifications provided. Remakes may require a new scan or impression if adjustments are needed due to changes in the patient’s preparation, bite or implant position.

Do you accept traditional impressions for prosthetic cases?

No, we operate as a fully digital laboratory and require digital scans for all prosthetic cases. This ensures a precise fit, reduces errors, and supports efficient planning and manufacturing for both removable and implant-supported prosthetics.

How do you ensure a comfortable fit for patients?

Every prosthetic is carefully crafted using advanced digital workflows and expert technician oversight. We focus on occlusion, function, and aesthetics to deliver restorations that fit comfortably and perform reliably.

Which shade guides do you use for prosthetic restorations?

We use both Vita Classical and Vita 3D-Master shade guides to ensure accurate, natural-looking results. Our team can advise on complex cases and provide guidance to achieve seamless integration with the patient’s existing dentition.

What does the customer journey look like with Dental Infinity Lab?

New customers:
After your initial enquiry, our team will guide you through the onboarding process, including connecting your intraoral scanner to our lab. We’ll ask you to complete a customer preference form so we understand your case requirements and preferences. Once your scanner is connected, you can send cases directly through it, and we will manage each step from production to delivery.

Existing customers:
For returning customers, cases can be submitted via intraoral scanner, email or through our website. Once received, our lab team verifies the scan and begins production. Every case is quality-checked before being shipped back to you. If a restoration does not meet specifications, we make a replacement to ensure your patients receive reliable, high-quality results.

Can I track the progress of my prosthetic cases?

Yes, every case can be tracked through our secure online portal. You can view real-time updates, communicate with our technicians, and receive progress notifications. For urgent queries, WhatsApp support is also available.

Do you provide guidance for complex prosthetic cases?

Absolutely. Our dentist-led lab team is available to advise on full dentures, partials, and implant-supported prosthetics. We collaborate closely with you to ensure each case meets clinical requirements and patient expectations. You can also book a discovery call to discuss workflow or specific cases.
