We offer free remakes if a restoration does not meet the specifications provided. Please note that if we recommend a new scan or preparation for a case, remakes cannot proceed without it. This ensures all restorations meet our clinical and aesthetic standards.
No, digital models are included free of charge where required for production. This allows for accurate planning and efficient case fabrication without additional costs.

Not at this time. We operate as a fully digital laboratory, requiring digital scans for all cases. This ensures higher accuracy, a streamlined workflow and better-fitting restorations.
We use both the Vita Classical and Vita 3D-Master shade guides. Our team can advise on shade matching for each patient and provide support with complex or aesthetic cases.
We provide chrome and acrylic partial dentures straight to finish, as well as copy, immediate and reference complete dentures straight to finish. All cases require a stable bite to ensure accurate fabrication. Please note we currently do not offer custom intermediate stages.
