How do I contact you?
We are available by phone, WhatsApp, email, or directly through our secure online portal. You can also submit your cases online via our portal for a fast, streamlined process. Our team is happy to provide guidance on cases, answer technical questions or walk you through our digital workflow to ensure a smooth experience for your practice.
What are your turnaround times?
Our standard turnaround for most restorations is 8 to 10 working days. Larger cases, full-arch restorations, or implant cases may require additional time. We aim to provide consistent, predictable delivery so you can plan patient appointments with confidence.
Do you offer rush cases?
Yes, we can expedite cases when necessary. Please contact us in advance to ensure we can accommodate your request. Rush orders may be subject to additional fees and must be approved to maintain our quality standards.
What is your remake policy?
We offer free remakes if a restoration does not meet the specifications provided. Please note that if we recommend a new scan or preparation for a case, remakes cannot proceed without it. This ensures all restorations meet our clinical and aesthetic standards.
Do you charge for models?
No, digital models are included free of charge where required for production. This allows for accurate planning and efficient case fabrication without additional costs.
What products do you offer?
We are a full-service dental laboratory, providing crowns and bridges, dentures, implants and laminates. For a detailed list of our products and pricing, please request our full price list.
Do you accept traditional impressions?
Not at this time. We operate as a fully digital laboratory, requiring digital scans for all cases. This ensures higher accuracy, a streamlined workflow and better-fitting restorations.
What shade guide do you use?
We use both the Vita Classical and Vita 3D-Master shade guides. Our team can advise on shade matching for each patient and provide support with complex or aesthetic cases.
What denture services do you offer?
We provide chrome and acrylic partial dentures straight to finish, as well as copy, immediate and reference complete dentures straight to finish. All cases require a stable bite to ensure accurate fabrication. Please note we currently do not offer custom intermediate stages.
Do you offer NHS labwork?
Yes, we provide both NHS and private labwork. Our NHS restorations meet required quality and functional standards, while our private range uses premium materials for enhanced aesthetics. Contact us for a copy of our full NHS and premium price list.
