Consistent quality and a reliable turnaround for every case.

At Dental Infinity Lab, we specialise in high-quality crown and bridgework designed to restore both the function and aesthetic appeal of your patients’ smile. Using advanced materials, precise craftsmanship, our crowns and bridges are custom-made to ensure a perfect fit, long-lasting durability and natural appearance.
Whether you need a single crown, a multi-unit bridge or something in between, we work closely with you to meet the unique needs of each patient, ensuring optimal results with every restoration.

We’ve helped hundreds of practices restore smiles. As a dentist-led laboratory, we work closely with you on every crown and bridge, combining skilled hands with advanced digital workflows. Our focus is on delivering restorations that are accurate, durable and seamlessly integrated into each patient’s care. By focusing on collaboration and consistent quality, we help you achieve predictable results your patients - and your practice - can rely on.

Our standard turnaround for crowns and bridges is 8 to 10 working days. Implant-supported cases typically require 12 to 15 working days due to the additional complexity. Larger or multi-unit cases may take slightly longer. We aim to provide consistent, predictable delivery so you can plan your patient appointments with confidence.
Yes, we can accommodate urgent cases where possible. Please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements so we can prioritise your case. A rush fee of £10 per unit per day applies, and all expedited cases must be approved to ensure quality is not compromised.
We offer free remakes if a restoration does not meet the specifications provided. This ensures that every case delivered meets the clinical and aesthetic standards you expect. Please note that remakes may require a new scan or impression if adjustments are needed due to changes in the patient’s preparation or bite.
Currently, we operate as a fully digital dental laboratory and require digital scans for all cases. This approach allows us to maintain a high level of accuracy, streamline workflows, and ensure a seamless fit for crowns and bridges. Traditional impressions cannot be accepted at this time.
We use both the Vita Classical and Vita 3D-Master shade guides to provide highly accurate, natural-looking restorations. Our team can advise on shade matching and support complex cases to ensure the final restoration blends seamlessly with the patient’s natural dentition.
Yes, we provide both NHS and private crown and bridgework. Our NHS restorations meet all required standards for quality and function, while our private range offers premium materials and enhanced aesthetics. Please contact us for our full price list and to discuss specific patient requirements.
We work seamlessly with most major intraoral scanners, allowing you to send digital impressions directly to our lab. This fully digital workflow reduces errors, improves turnaround, and ensures a precise fit for every crown and bridge. Our team can provide guidance and support if you’re new to digital scanning.
Yes - every case can be tracked through our secure online portal. You can see the status of your cases in real time, communicate directly with our technicians, and receive updates at every stage. For urgent questions, WhatsApp support is also available for quick responses.
New customers:
After your initial enquiry, our team will guide you through the onboarding process, including connecting your intraoral scanner to our lab. We’ll ask you to complete a customer preference form so we understand your case requirements and preferences. Once your scanner is connected, you can send cases directly through it, and we will manage each step from production to delivery.
Existing customers:
For returning customers, cases can be submitted via intraoral scanner, email or through our website. Once received, our lab team verifies the scan and begins production. Every case is quality-checked before being shipped back to you. If a restoration does not meet specifications, we make a replacement to ensure your patients receive reliable, high-quality results.
