Once uploaded, our team reviews the scan, provides personalised feedback if needed, and begins processing your case. This streamlined workflow ensures accuracy, convenience and predictable turnaround times.
What information do I need before submitting a case?
You only need your digital scan, relevant case notes, and any material or shade preferences. If you’re unsure what to include, our portal will guide you through each step. You can also request a callback for personalised support, or use our WhatsApp service for quick questions about case requirements, scan quality or treatment planning.
Can Dental Infinity Lab help me improve my digital scans?
Absolutely. As a dentist-led digital lab, we provide personalised scan ratings, practical guidance and tips to help improve your scanning technique. Whether you’re new to digital dentistry or transitioning from traditional impressions, our team offers step-by-step support to enhance accuracy, reduce remakes and make workflows more efficient.
How long does it take to receive my restoration after submitting a case?
Our standard turnaround time is 10 working days for most restorations, depending on the case type. You can track progress at any time through our online portal and use our turnaround calculator to plan appointments with confidence. We also provide real-time updates and communication via WhatsApp for added convenience.
Do you accept cases if my intraoral scanner isn’t connected yet?
Yes - if your scanner isn’t connected to our lab yet, simply request a discovery call and our team will help you set it up. We support most major scanners, including iTero, Medit and 3Shape. Once connected, you’ll be able to upload scans directly to our portal for faster, more accurate case submissions.
Can I speak to someone before deciding to submit a case?
Of course. Many dentists prefer to talk through their workflow or ask questions before signing up. You can request a callback, book a discovery call or message us on WhatsApp for quick guidance.
